GRLA is working with Chacharone Properties to reimagine 165 Cedar Hill Street with a complete exterior recladding and a new elevator and entry addition, bringing a renewed presence and long-term performance to this strategically located Marlborough commercial building. The project modernizes an aging façade while dramatically improving accessibility, curb appeal, and the tenant experience.

The design centers on a sleek new entry sequence anchored by a glass-forward vertical circulation core, paired with a fully refreshed exterior envelope. The result is a brighter, more dynamic appearance that aligns with the evolving commercial landscape of the Cedar Hill Road/Forest Street business district.
