Solect Energy Office Building

GRLA designed the new headquarters buildings for Solect Energy to be responsive to the character of the Hopkinton community and to reflect the forward-thinking mission of Solect Energy. The site encompasses 2 buildings – the front 14,000 SF office building provides flexible, light-filled office space, modern amenities, and energy-efficient systems that align with both GRLA’s and Solect Energy’s commitment to sustainability.

The rear 3,200 SF building provides additional office and storage space to support Solect’ s work. Ample parking and electric car charging stations are provided between the buildings. Sustainable landscaping and dark sky compliant lighting are also incorporated into the project.
