Scope:

The existing PVC roof system is approximately 29 years old and was experiencing active water infiltration issues and deterioration. The two main existing roof assemblies, PVC and asphaltic shingles, had reached the end of their useful service life and are recommended for replacement as well as the skylights, and the roof door and hatchway access.

The new roof system required additional roof insulation to meet the code required for thermal resistance values.

Services:

Replacement of the existing PVC roof membrane with a new SBS modified roof system, and the removal and replacement of the asphalt shingle roof

• Remove the existing roof systems and all associated components down to the structural deck, including but not limited to roof membrane, cover board, polyisocyanurate insulation, and all associated sheet metal flashings.

• Install new thermal and moisture protection materials
