The Boston Design Center, located in the booming Seaport District, is home to 87 showrooms featuring products for contract and residential interiors. Our team provided design, bidding and construction administration services for the replacement of over 100,000 SF of roofing at the BDC. The project included removal of existing EPDM and BUR roofing down to the concrete deck, and installation of a new insulated EPDM membrane system. The project also included the installation of photovoltaic panels to provide solar power to the building.
