Leigh came to GRLA after a 25-year career managing a variety of not-for-profit organizations where her primary focus was marketing, communications, managing staff, and relationship development. At GRLA, she manages proposals and marketing/business development strategy.

Leigh is chief cheerleader for her two almost-adult kids, being the crazy mom in the stands for college and high school sports. Fun fact: Leigh reads a lot of cookbooks and watches a lot of cooking shows, yet she rarely cooks.
