Working closely with Revvity’s laboratory managers, operations teams, and project partners, GRLA led the planning and design of specialized research, manufacturing, and support environments within the company’s two existing Hopkinton facilities.

The completed 62,000 SF renovations include state-of-the-art research laboratories, clean rooms, manufacturing areas, warehousing, large cold rooms, and walk-in freezers and other highly technical equipment that had to be carefully integrated within the existing buildings.

The completed renovations provide Revvity with modern, purpose-built environments that support its research and manufacturing operations while improving efficiency and creating greater flexibility for future needs. MEP Engineer was BER and Timberline Construction was the contractor.
