    • Collect leak history information to better understand problem areas and identify areas of potential sub-surface deterioration

    • Perform exploratory openings with the assistance of a qualified licensed roofing contractor to better understand existing conditions and configurations

    • Permitting applications and presentation materials, as needed. Assume a permit from Inspectional Services will be required.

    • Provide 100% bid documents
