GRLA recently completed a comprehensive building envelope replacement at Quinsigamond Shores Condominiums located along Lake Quinsigamond in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The six-building, 48-unit condominium development constructed in the mid-1980s with wood siding and trim along with brick exterior and chimneys was experiencing persistent water intrusion as well as other water-related complications including ice dams, gutter/water drainage, and balcony deterioration.
