Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects (GRLA) is pleased to announce that Emily Jenkins-Dinunno has joined the firm as Business Development Manager.
Emily brings a dynamic background in business development, relationship management, marketing, and strategic collaboration within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. In her new role, she will support GRLA’s continued growth across New England by strengthening client relationships, expanding industry partnerships, and helping guide the firm’s business development initiatives.
Prior to joining GRLA, Emily served as Business Development Manager for BALA Consulting Engineers in Boston, where she led business development efforts throughout New England and collaborated closely with technical teams, proposal development, and client engagement initiatives.

Emily is actively involved in several industry organizations and community initiatives, including SMPS Boston, Professional Women in Construction Boston, and Heading Home, Inc. She was also recognized as SMPS Boston’s 2023 Volunteer of the Year.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics. She has also completed business administration coursework through KLE Technological University in India.
As GRLA celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2026, the addition of Emily reflects the firm’s continued investment in talent, relationships, and strategic growth throughout the region.
